Admission Process
Application Process Checklist
for the 2011-2012 school year:
- Complete Notre Dame High School's Online Inquiry Form to receive your username and password for all Admissions events and online application services.
- Complete Notre Dame High School's Online Application
- Priority Applications must be received before: Sunday, December 5, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.; Fee: $75
- Final Application Due Date: Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.; Fee: $110
- Take the High School Placement Test (HSPT)
- High School Placement Testing and Writing Samples are required for all prospective freshmen.
- January 8, 2011 or January 15, 2011
- Extended Time for applicants with learning differences is available on January 8, 2011.
- Submit the Clergy Recommendation Form to your church/ parish/ faith community if you are actively involved in a faith community or church.
- Have the following forms completed by the applicant's current teachers and school administration:
- Submit Financial Aid Requests on time.
- Financial assistance forms
- Forms are available November 8, 2010.
- Submit the Private School Aid Service (PSAS) Student Aid Form 2011- 2012 and the Notre Dame High School Financial Aid form and the Archdiocesan Financial Aid forms by Friday, February 4, 2011.
- Do not wait until you are accepted to apply for financial aid as it will be too late to be considered for funding.
- Schedule a Family Interview.
Admission decision letters mailed Thursday, March 17, 2011.
- Register in person and take Notre Dame High School Subject Placement Tests!
- Saturday, March 26, 2011, 8:00 am.
