College and universities have their own funding sources. Students are advised to open an account at www.meritaid.com. This website has an extremely comprehensive listing of financial aid programs offered by universities and colleges across the country.
In addition, the College Counselor sponsors an evening program entitled “Paying for College“ and the Tri-School program also sponsors similar opportunities at Serra and Mercy for parents.
