Students and faculty smile and point at a %22Rooted in Faith%22 sign

We are family.

When you ask NDB faculty or staff what they love most about NDB, they will most likely say our community. We believe our students are served best by a healthy community of knowledgeable, caring and connected adults who are happy to come to work each day. We foster a culture of trust, commitment and innovation. We value collaboration, creative thinking and lifelong learning - and we have a lot of fun together along the way.

I love teaching and working at NDB because this is the happiest and healthiest school environment I have ever worked in. The level of respect everyone has for each other starts at the top and goes through every rung in the community.
