Complete your online application by the due date of Friday, December 13, 2024 for $75. Our late due date is Friday, January 10, 2025 for $110.

All applicants must submit the confidential (principal/counselor), English, and math recommendation forms, along with official transcripts. Forms are submitted electronically in your School Admin portal, and are visible in your portal AFTER your application is submitted. If you'd like to request them prior to submitting your application, please send an email to Admissions@ndhsb.org with the first and last names and email addresses of your principal or counselor, English teacher and math teacher, and we will request them for you.

Letters of recommendation and transcripts are due by January 24, 2025. *Please note that D's and F's in 7th and 8th grade do not meet our admissions criteria. 

All tuition assistance applications are processed through TADS and are due by Friday, January 10, 2025.

The High School Placement Test will be administered at Notre Dame Belmont at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024. Sign up online. You must be applying to NDB to take the HSPT at NDB. There will be a make-up test date of Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Please email Admissions@ndhsb.org if your student has a conflict on December 7, 2024 and we will register her for the make-up date of December 14.

Extended Time for applicants with learning differences is available if current documentation has been submitted prior to the date of the test. Four-function calculators are allowed for students with that accommodation. To be eligible for the Empowered for Success Program, please submit your current documentation to EFS Coordinator, Camilla Soto, at csoto@ndhsb.org.

HSPT results will be mailed with admissions decisions in March.

The applicant and at least one parent/guardian are required to participate in an interview. Interviews are held in-person and are 20-30 minutes. Sign up for one of three available interview dates:

• Thursday, January 23, 2025
• Saturday, January 25, 2025
• Monday, January 27, 2025
