Complete your online application by the due date of Friday, December 11, 2026 for $75. Our late due date is Friday, January 8, 2027 for $110. Applications for our Empowered for Success (EFS) program are due by Friday, November 20, 2026.

All applicants must submit the confidential (principal/counselor), English, and math recommendation forms, along with official transcripts. Forms are submitted electronically in your School Admin portal, and are visible in your portal AFTER your application is submitted. If you'd like to request them prior to submitting your application, please send an email to Admissions@ndhsb.org with the first and last names and email addresses of your principal or counselor, English teacher and math teacher, and we will request them for you.

Letters of recommendation and transcripts are due by January 22, 2027. *Please note that D's and F's in 7th and 8th grade do not meet our admissions criteria. 

All tuition assistance applications are processed through TADS and are due by Friday, January 8, 2027.

The High School Placement Test will be administered at Notre Dame Belmont at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Sign up online. You must be applying to NDB to take the HSPT at NDB. There will be a make-up test date of Saturday, December 12, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Please email Admissions@ndhsb.org if your student has a conflict on December 5, 2026 and we will register her for the make-up date of December 12.

Extended Time for applicants with learning differences is available if current documentation has been submitted prior to the date of the test. Four-function calculators are allowed for students with that accommodation. To be eligible for accommodations for the HSPT,  your current documentation must be submitted to EFS Director, Camilla Soto, at efs@ndhsb.org by November 20, 2026.

HSPT results will be mailed with admissions decisions in March.

The applicant and at least one parent/guardian are required to participate in an interview. Interviews are held in-person and are 20-30 minutes. Sign up for one of three available interview dates:

• Thursday, January 21, 2027
• Saturday, January 23, 2027
• Monday, January 25, 2027

Please email your student's documentation to our Empowered For Success Program Director, Camilla Soto, at efs@ndhsb.org by November 20, 2026 to be considered for our Empowered for Success Program. Register for the Empowered for Success Information Session via Zoom at 5 p.m. on October 26, 2026. Students applying for our EFS program must submit their applications by November 20, 2026. Note that EFS does not require a separate application; rather, there are several questions on the NDB application that pertain to learning differences. It is the regular NDB application that is due on November 20, 2026.

To qualify for support services, parents/guardians must submit a complete evaluation report from a licensed professional within the last 3 years. Accepted documentation includes:

• Psychoeducational Evaluations or Neuropsychological Assessments

• 504 Plan or IEP from a previous school (used as supporting documentation)

• Physician’s note documenting a medical or physical condition
   

Documentation Must Include:

• Documentation that includes a confirmed diagnosis from licensed Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or Neurologists

• Evidence of a learning impairment or deficit, supported by data (testing scores) that justifies the need for academic accommodations and how it impacts their academic performance.

• Specific recommended academic accommodations

• Evaluator’s credentials and contact information
