2023 Summer Sports Camp Program
ALL GIRLS LACROSSE SKILLS CAMP (open for registration)
LAX1 Dates/Times: June 26 - June 29; 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
LAX 2 Dates/Times: July 10 - July 13; 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $275
Camp open to girls grades 7th-12th. Campers will have the opportunity to learn/improve lacrosse skills through fast paced small sided games. Each camper will work on fundamental skills that include dodging, cradling, shooting, passing, footwork, and game strategies. The camp will focus on success athlete mindsets such as coachability, competitiveness, dealing with success and failure as well as a team first attitude.
Camp Coach: Coach Will Evans is NDB's Varsity Lacrosse Coach.
BASKETBALL MIDDLE SCHOOL COED (open for registration)
BB1 Dates/Times: July 10 - July 14; 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $400
Camp open to boys and girls ages 9-14. Campers have the opportunity to work on improving basketball skills that include shooting, ball handling, footwork, team defense, offensive and defensive strategies, and a variety of competitive drills. Focus will also include on how important attitude is in order to be successful. Campers will learn the importance of being coachable, competitive, engaged, and team first attitude.
Camp Coach: Coach Darick DeLeon played three years of varsity basketball at Serra High School, where he was part of several WCAL and CCS Championship teams and also 1 NOR-CAL Championship team. Coach Darick’s passion for basketball allowed him to create the Renegades basketball program in 2010, starting with one team and now has multiple boys and girls teams competing against other top programs nationwide. Coach Darick has been a P.E. teacher at Bowditch Middle School since 2016 and has a BS, teaching credential and Master's from Cal State East Bay.
Summer School Refund / Cancellation Policy (HS Summer Program, School of Volleyball, Sport Camps):
- For each program or class, there is a $100 nonrefundable deposit that is included in the price of each program or class.
- Cancellations made after May 1 will receive a refund of 50% of the full price of the program or class less the $100 nonrefundable deposit.
- Cancellations made on or after June 1 will not receive a refund.
