The Math Team practices, prepares and competes in the California Math League Contests, the American Mathematics Contest other more challenging contests such as the High School Mathematical Contest in Modeling and the Moody’s Math Challenge amongst others.

Our team consists of members who are:

• enthusiastic about mathematics and problem solving.
• willing to meet at least once per week to practice problems.
• available to participate in the contests and competitions.
• dedicated to doing their best on contests.
• willing to put in extended hours for other contests (HiMCM, M3).
• willing to learn programming to help with mathematical modeling challenges.
