Formerly Christina Puno, she is a graduate of NDB herself (class of ’96). She was a member of the varsity soccer team for four years and varsity softball team for one year. After graduating high school, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an Athletic Training emphasis from Sonoma State University where she worked as a student athletic trainer for 3 years. From 2003-2005 she worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at UC Berkeley while taking courses to earn her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with am emphasis in Sport Psychology. While at Cal, she worked with the field hockey, men’s and women’s gymnastics, and women’s soccer teams. She then went on to work as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at St. Mary’s College and at Notre Dame de Namur University before becoming an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Stanford University in 2007. While at Stanford, Christina worked with the softball team for four seasons, the field hockey and men’s water polo teams and assisted with the football team. She left Stanford University to become the Head Athletic Trainer at NDB in the fall of 2010. Christina resides in Belmont, CA with her husband and two daughters.
