Congratulations to Angela Wu on receiving the 2026 Young Women in Mathematics Award from the Mathematical Association of America American Mathematics Competitions (MAA AMC) program.
 
This award recognizes top-scoring female participants in the AMC 8, 10 and 12 competitions. The program aims to increase participation and celebrate the achievements of young women in mathematics.
 
"I am incredibly proud to congratulate Angela Wu on receiving the 2026 Young Women in Mathematics Award from the Mathematical Association of America," shared Raena Mullan, Director of Notre Dame's International Student Program. "This remarkable achievement is a true reflection of Angela’s intelligence, dedication, perseverance, and passion for learning. As Director of the International Student Program at Notre Dame High School Belmont, it has been such an honor to watch her grow and excel both academically and personally."
