French Class Makes Crêpes to Celebrate La Chandeleur

French class made crêpes with Mrs. Alba to celebrate “La Chandeleur” (Candlemas). The circular shape and golden color of crêpes symbolize the sun and the return of spring, signifying the transition from winter to warmer days. Enjoying crêpes on this day brings good luck for the coming year! Bon appétit!
