Students, Faculty and Staff Gather to Honor Sister Dorothy Stang Whose Relic Was Installed at San Bartholomew Chapel in Rome

On Friday, January 10, nearly eighty students, faculty and staff gathered in honor of Notre Dame Sister Dorothy Stang whose relic was installed at San Bartholomew Chapel in Rome. Sister Dorothy Stang was a missionary who fought for the rights of the Amazon rainforest and its indigenous people. We are incredibly humbled by Sister Dorothy’s service and for Sister Carol Miller and our faculty members who spoke about her legacy today.
