On Tuesday, March 19, alumnae Tigers gathered in Manhattan to reconnect and cheers to shared memories at Notre Dame Belmont. A group of ten alumna from the classes of 2017, 2010, 2002 and 1999 gathered at The Penrose for appetizers and cocktails with alumna and current NDB English Teacher Sarah Boragno '02 and NDB History Teacher Karen Fry, who were in Manhattan attending the Whole Girl Education National Conference

The 2024 Whole Girl Education Conference focused on Closing the Gap: The Role of Girls' Education in Creating a More Equitable World. Sarah and Karen explored this theme through plenary sessions on gender equity in leadership and breakout sessions focused on creating and supporting innovative schools where girls build leadership skills and use their voices as advocates for their community.

From Manhattan to Belmont and across the world, NDB Tigers are making a difference. Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!
